I`m a sports scientist and personal trainer. My bachelor studies based on Sports Science and my master in Human Performance, promoting health with safety rules. Besides my degrees, I try to expand my area of knowledge by getting webinars, certificates and international diplomas on different subjects, such as Personal Training, Sports and Conditioning, Functional Training, Weight Loss and Corrective exercise.

This is a way to create an overall conception on how to guide and develop different physical parameters on the individual needs of each of my clients.
