I am physical education teacher and personal trainer. My bachelor's studies are based on Sports Science and my master's in Human Performance, promoting health with safety rules. In addition to my degrees, I try to expand my knowledge area through webinars, take certificates and obtain international diplomas in various subjects, such as personal training, sports and fitness, functional training, weight loss and corrective exercise.
This is a way to create an overall idea of how to guide and develop different physical parameters on the individual needs of each of my clients.

I have proudly graduated with a Health Fitness Trainer Diploma from Bryan College in Toronto, Canada, and have further strengthened my skills by becoming ACE certified as a personal trainer by the American Council on Exercise. During my degree program, I focused on various aspects of exercise, including performance enhancement techniques, clinical and medical considerations, the basics of group exercise, and nutrition and weight management.
My focus and passion lies in creating individually tailored training programs for each client, and I find great joy in sharing my knowledge. My lifelong commitment to an active lifestyle and positive attitude towards life fulfills my work as a health and fitness coach. Becoming a role model for others and being able to influence positive changes is my main goal.

As a woman in midlife, I know from personal experience that good health and mental well-being are closely intertwined. My goal as a coach is therefore to, together with you, find ways for a sustainable, functional and strong everyday life.
