My background is in dance, where for several years I worked professionally in classical/modern ballet, and have worked at the Gothenburg Opera and Region Theater Väst, among others. 

As a woman in midlife, I know from personal experience that good health and mental well-being are closely intertwined. My goal as a coach is therefore to, together with you, find ways for a sustainable, functional and strong everyday life.
